Your Inbox is now open! Messages from the point of connection will now appear here. 

If you have messages in your Inbox previous to connecting to DFM they will not appear, any new messages will now appear in your Inbox.

Have a conversation you need to find? To find older messages you will need to go directly to the social channel - After the conversation becomes active again - it will appear in your DFM Inbox.

Done with a conversation and want to clean your Inbox?

Close a conversation by clicking the 3 dots at the top of the conversation. 

Find conversations quickly

Use the Inbox drop down to find closed conversations and web visitors. 

Create new conversations

Need to start a conversation with someone new? If you do not see them listed in your current contact options, add them to your CRM and start a conversation with them. 

*Meta limitation*

Facebook and Instagram only allow businesses to send messages to users within a 7-day window from the last customer message. After these 7 days, the conversation is considered expired, and the business can no longer reply unless the customer initiates a new message.

So be sure to check your Inbox regularly. When this message appears, you can 'Close Conversation' so it no longer appears in your Inbox. 

Or, you can search for this customer and create a new message if their contact info has been added to the DFM CRM. To learn more about this step, click here.
