To add a new contact to your CRM, open DFM, select CRM dropdown>Contacts
In 'Contacts', select Create Contact.
Have more than one contact to add? Select Import.
Add the contact's information, and select 'Create'.
Now that your contact is added, you can send review requests, message them in the Inbox, and track their customer journey in the CRM.
If they have the same contact information as an already-entered contact, you will see this message: "A contact with this email already exists". Update the existing contact by searching for the email or phone number in the CRM.
