How to: Track Customer sentiment

Take full advantage of the Reputation Management Tool by viewing insights straight from the review source. View what customers are saying about your business, your team members, and more right in your DFM portal.

Open Reputation Management on your desktop or mobile device

Select 'LAUNCH'

Select 'Analytics'

Under Analytics select 'Keywords'

Here is where you will see the top words or phrases customers are using to describe your business in their reviews. 

Looking for something specific? Under 'Keywords', you will see a search bar. Search for a keyword you would like to view. For example, "Bathrooms" or "John" to see what customers are saying online.

*Pro Tip:

You can also change the date range in which you wish to view keywords. Under filters, select the timeline you wish to view.

After searching your keyword

Click on the word you searched to view insights. How many reviews used that word, positive and negative sentiment, mentions, and the reviews using the keywords will appear here.
